Please make sure to read the following Terms and Conditions thoroughly before proceeding to use this website.
You must not use this website if you do not agree with any part of the following Terms and Conditions as you are bound by the Terms and Conditions listed below in order to continue
using this website.
Terms and Conditions for the supply of goods through ALLIANCE JEWELS LTD online store www.alliancejewels.co.uk

  • The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts that are recorded into the database of ALLIANCE JEWELS.
  • By placing an order with us you are hereby accepting the Terms and Conditions. If you decide to not accept these Terms and Conditions, you no longer have access to this website and should exit this site immediately.
  • Please read though the Terms and Conditions thoroughly before accessing our website.
Site access and changes:
    • We aim to keep our customers updated with our newest collections resulting in
    • regular changes within our site including product details and pricing without notice.
      • Contract:
  • There will be no contract between you and ALLIANCE JEWELS for the sale of any product until ALLIANCE JEWELS has accepted your order. You will be aware of your contract through an email followed by a full payment via credit card or debit card.
  • Once we have accepted your order, we then have a legally binding contract between us. You must be 18 and over if you wish to have a legally binding contract with us.
  • ALLIANCE JEWELS has the right to not accept your order if we are unable to authorise your payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if one of our items ordered does not meet our standard quality control and therefore withdrawn, out of stock or if there is an error in content, pricing and product details.
Payments:
  • The payment for an item must be made before the goods are delivered.
  • By purchasing on this site, you confirm that the credit/ debit card being used is legally yours or that you have consent by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. You also accept that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
  • If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise the payment made on our website, we will not be held accountable for any delay or non- delivery as the payment has not gone through.
  • The prices for our goods on our website are in GBP (UK Pounds) and all prices are exclusive of the UK VAT. Standard delivery charges are inclusive of the total cost. For express delivery there will be an extra charge which will be clearly displayed when selected in the total cost.
Privacy:

If you place an order with us, we will need your personal information which we will not disclose to any third party, without your consent. An exception will be made when processing the order to arrange delivery with the relevant information needed.
After your order is completed, customers financial details will not be stored.

Order cancellation:

Only readymade orders are subjected for cancellation. You have 3 working days after a full payment has been made to ALLIANCE JEWELS by calling us or emailing us on info@alliancejewels.co.uk using the subject heading as ‘Cancellation’ followed by your order number and address.
If this has not been done within the 3 working days, you have a contract between you and ALLIANCE JEWELS which will be completed when the goods have been dispatched.
Please acknowledge that all bespoke and customised rings are non refundable or returnable.


Defective and damaged items:

At the time of receiving a parcel, it must be immediately opened in the presence of the courier to confirm the good/s are contained within the parcel and are untampered and undamaged. Failure to do so may result in you being liable to any lost or damaged item as we may not be able to claim against the courier or our insurers after it has been marked as delivered as it results in ALLIANCE JEWELS being released from any claims relating to this which is applicable by law.
If when the item has been received by you and the goods are damaged, defective or not what you ordered, you must contact us here within 48 working hours and we will help resolve your issue by replacing the item once we receive the fault item through post. The return address will be confirmed with you in writing once you have contacted us.

Fault goods:

Our goods are classified as fault if the item is damaged upon on receival, or if the item has a manufacturing fault within a month’s time of purchase.
If an item that is damaged as a result of wear and tear, it is not considered to be faulty.
If you wish to exchange an item that is faulty, please keep in mind that we can only replace the item for the same product, including the colour and style, subject to availability. Where possible ALLIANCE JWEWLS will offer to repair faulty items.

Late returns:

Goods that are returned to us outside of the mentioned timeframe will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to the customer. 

Risk and ownership:

The risk of loss or damage of the goods is passed onto you upon delivery. The ownership of an item remains with us until full payment of the amount has been received from you.
You are solely responsible for all the goods in your possession.

You can view the most current version of our Terms & Conditions at any time on this page.
We have the right to update change or relace any part of these Terms & Conditions at our discretion. It is your responsibility to check our website for any changes.
